The King County, Washington, Department of the Assessor undertook a digital transformation for its property tax assessment infrastructure responsible for over $6 billion in collections annually. The County needed a training and documentation system integrated with the new customer solution that would support taxpayers and the hundreds of employees in the Department of Assessments.

Resources Online designed customer-facing portals (shown) as well as created a custom integrated Learning Management System (LMS) and content that captured essential department processes. We created an extensive content architecture that captured process knowledge throughout the Department.
