AWS needed to improve the quality of speaker presentations at their largest developer conference, re:Invent. Presentations had varied in quality depending entirely on the presentation skills of individual speakers.

We spun up a team of 20 editors who were trained in AWS style and legal review requirements, including appropriate terminology, legal use of media, brand guidelines for Amazon and third-party product identities. Our team edited over 800 presentations prior to the event and on-site in speaker ready rooms, propping completed decks directly to presentation room servers. Speakers were grateful for the support, presentations were correct and well-formed, and our processes were efficient and effective.
