Elektrobit Automotive web copy
As part of the Elektrobit (EB) Automotive website redesign, the company wanted its web copy updated. EB Automotive needed engaging web copy, written in plain but professional language, appropriate for its automotive industry business audience—copy that clearly explained its sometimes complex products and their features.
Resources Online identified all of the content that needed to be revised or created. EB Automotive facilitated access to product managers as subject matter experts and provided the company’s messaging frameworks. The Resources Online writer used the messaging frameworks to draft content and then worked with the product managers to refine and revise it. The project included some unique challenges, such as a global product team spread across multiple time zones and the fact that only a few of the sources were native English speakers. Resources Online identified potential language issues in the content and worked with EB Automotive to develop copy that worked well for the company’s global audience.
